NEW INFORMATION EFFECTIVE 8/8/03 PROVIDED BELOW:
Dell recently announced that it will be migrating all of its users of
DellEPro services to AT&T. The physical migration to AT&T Business Internet
Services started on June 8, 2003.
Important Notification to prepaid accounts:
There will be no interruption to your service if you do not complete the
migration by August 8, 2003, unless your account is set up for
auto-renewal to a credit card.
SEE IMPORTANT INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW.
In order for AT&T to better service your account, we recommend that you perform
the 'Customer Migration Activities' outlined on this site at your earliest convenience.
Customers migrating to AT&T from a prepaid DellEPro account will continue to enjoy
the remaining time on their prepaid account at no additional charge.
Important Notification to month-to-month accounts and prepaid accounts
set up for auto-renewal:
Customers who have NOT completed the migration steps on or before August 8,
2003, will NOT be cancelled as previously communicated.
Note, however, that after August 8, 2003, you will be required to agree to
AT&T terms and conditions before you will be able to gain access to your email
account and the Internet. Upon logging on, you will be fenced to the terms and
conditions page in the Account Center where you will be required to ‘accept’ or
‘not accept’ the AT&T terms and conditions. If you choose to accept, access to
your account will be immediately reactivated. If you choose not to accept,
you will be redirected to another page where you will have the opportunity
to cancel your account.
*Note that your account will remain intact and continue to bill to your
credit card until you take deliberate action to cancel it.
**Customers currently on a DellEPro month-to-month service plan will
initially receive the same service terms. However as market conditions change,
AT&T reserves the right to change pricing and terms in the future.
Please select the "Customer Migration Activities" link on the left side of this screen
and follow the steps to migrate your account.
