- Agree to AT&T Business Internet Services Terms
and Conditions if you wish to continue your services
with AT&T.
- Upgrade your client software.
- Make a few simple setting changes to your e-mail

Step 2 – Upgrade your
client software
All users must download the latest version of the V5 AT&T Global Network Client. The new AT&T Global Network Client will contain your new Help Desk numbers located under the Help option.
Important: To avoid possible corruption
of the download file, it is recommended that you disable
your anti-virus program before attempting to download
the dialer. Please refer to your software manual or
contact the manufacture of your Anti-Virus software
for instructions. We recommend that you also print the
instructions below for easy reference.
- Access the Account
Center and select "Manage User ID",
then select "User Information". Write
down your Account ID and Network ID, which can be
found under Account Owner in the User ID information
section.
- Download the AT&T Global
Network Client. Note: You will be presented with
the AT&T Global Network Client Terms and Conditions
during the download process. Once you have reviewed,
clicked the "I Agree" button and you will be presented
with the Dialer Download page. Click on the "Download
the Dialer" link to begin the download process.
- At the "File Download" pop-up screen, select "save
this program to disk" and select "OK".
- At the "SAVE AS" pop-up screen, select where you
would like the file to be saved on your hard drive.
Once the down load has completed, you will receive
a "Download Complete" message. Then select the close
button.
- Disconnect from the Internet and close the DellEPro
dialer.
- Uninstall the DellEPro Internet Services Client.
To do this:
- Select "Start" from your windows taskbar.
- Select the Settings\Control Panel\Add-Remove
Programs.
- Scroll down the window, select DellEPro
Internet Services and click Remove.
- Choose Automatic uninstall method and
click Finish when prompted.
- Install the AT&T Global Network Client (ncsetup.exe)
and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Configure the AT&T Global Network Client with your
existing account ID, user ID, and password. If you
do not have your account information, you may contact
customer care at 1-800-821-4612.
Step 3 – Change settings
in your e-mail program
At the start of the service migration, you will receive
a new e-mail domain address that will correspond to
your existing e-mail ID. Your domain will change from
@dellepro.com to @attg.net. The portion of your email
before the domain will remain the same, i.e. janedoe.
This change will affect all email addresses on your
account (child Ids). Incoming email sent to your old
“dellepro” address will be forwarded to
your new “attg.net” address until February
2006.
Note: If you are using Microsoft Outlook
Express - your email settings will be automatically
updated after you install the AT&T Global Network
Client and you will not be required to change the settings.
Continue on to Step 4.
If you are using an email program other than Microsoft
Outlook Express, after you have installed the AT&T
Global Network Client, you will need to update your
e-mail settings. To send or receive e-mail at your new
e-mail address, you must change settings in your e-mail
program. Your new e-mail address is janedoe@attg.net.
For this address, replace janedoe with the email ID
you used @dellepro.com. This is either the email ID
you were assigned at registration or an email alias
you created through the Account Center.

settings in Netscape, click

For other e-mail software programs, follow these
steps to re-configure your e-mail:
- Within your e-mail application, locate a Server
Configuration section that contains fields
for a POP3 (Incoming) and SMTP (Outgoing) mail servers.
This section may also be referred to as Network
Settings.
- Enter your new AT&T Business Internet Services
POP3 (Incoming) Mail Server: POSTOFFICE.ATTGLOBAL.NET
(POP3)
.
- In the e-mail username field, enter your user POP
ID which takes the form <account ID>.<userID>.
e.g.USDELNET.JDOE.
- If there is an e-mail password field, enter your
password. If you do not see this field, you will be
prompted to enter your password when you connect to
your mailbox.
- In the SMTP (Outgoing) Mail Server field, enter
SMTP1.ATTGLOBAL.NET (SMTP).
- In the reply to or e-mail address field, enter
your full e-mail address. Your e-mail address is your
janedoe@attg.net. Your e-mail ID
is the same as your user ID unless you created an
e-mail alias through the account center.
Your DellEPro e-mail will be automatically forwarded to
your AT&T e-mail address at the start of the migration.
The server will send an automated reply to the sender
which details the change of your e-mail domain from “dellepro.com”
to “attg.net” We suggest that you notify your
associates of the change in your e-mail address as soon
as you are migrated to AT&T Business Internet Services.
Step 4 – Notify associates
of the change to your website address if you are using
the personal webspace option on the service.
At the start of the migration to AT&T Business Internet
Services, the domain name for your Personal Web-space
will change.
Your host domain name will change from http://dellepro.dellhost.com/usdelnet.userid
to http://pws.prserv.net/usdelnet.userid
where “userid” is your own user ID.
You will also have to configure your ftp or html editing software to upload files to your personal web-space directory.
Your ftp server address will change from ftp://dellepro.dellhost.com to ftp://pws.prserv.net.
At the start of the migration, users will be re-directed
to your new website address. However, we suggest that
you notify your associates that the URL has changed.
AT&T will redirect users to your new address until
February, 2006.
Note: if you have customized the URL to your website,
only the server portion of the address will change as
noted above. For example:
http://dellepro.dellhost.com/userIDmysite will change to http://pws.prserv.net/userIDmysite
