Billing Support:
Month-to- month customers will continue to be billed on their credit card. For billing inquiries, please contact the AT&T Business Billing Helpdesk at 1-800-863-8277. Agents are available Monday – Friday from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM EST.

Effective 3/1/03, the line item on your credit card statement will change from “Dell EPRO” to “AT&T Internet.” AT&T is now billing your service charges.
