1. What are the benefits to using AT&T Business Internet Services?

  • Access to the very latest AT&T Business Internet Services client software, as well as access to additional client upgrades as they become available from AT&T.
  • Access to AT&T's world-class 24X7X365 support staff.

2. What do I need to do to migrate to AT&T Business Internet Services?
  • You must download, install, and configure the AT&T Global Network Client software.

  • You must re-configure your e-mail client.

  • You must notify your friends and colleagues that your e-mail address and personal website address has changed.
3. Why do I need to download the AT&T Global Network Client?
  • You will continue to have the same local dial access, however your access phone number list will be updated and your access number may change.
  • Although the dialer software for DellEPro and AT&T Global Network Client are similar, the AT&T Global Network Client contains up-to-date software enhancements including better compatibility with hardware and operating systems.
  • The AT&T Technical Help Desk will not provide support for the DellEPro dialer software after the migration period.
4. When I migrate to AT&T Business Internet Services, what happens to my e-mail?
  • There should be no interruption to your e-mail. Your mailbox including any mail you have not retrieved will be transferred to AT&T Business Internet Services.
5. My pre-paid period expires soon. What actions do I need to take?
  • At the conclusion of your pre-paid period, you will be presented with a renewal option for a month-to-month plan with AT&T Business Internet Services. If you wish to continue your Internet services with AT&T you must agree to the AT&T Business Internet Services Terms and Conditions and for billing purposes you must provide us with your credit card information.
6. What will change on my credit card statement?
  • Effective March 1, 2003, your credit card statement will reflect “AT&T Internet” instead of “DellEPro.”
7. Will the amount I am charged change when I migrate?
  • Customers currently on a DellEPro month-to-month service plan will initially receive the same service terms . However as market conditions change, AT&T reserves the right to change pricing and terms in the future.
  • Customers migrating to AT&T from a prepaid DellEPro account will continue to enjoy the remaining time on their prepaid account at no additional charge.
8. How do I determine when my prepaid plan will expire?
  • To determine the end date of your prepaid period:
    1. Please visit the Account Center at www.attbusiness.net.
    2. Select the 'Account Center' tab highlighted in blue at the top of the page.
    3. Enter your email address and password and click 'Submit.'
    4. Select the 'Manage User Id' option on the left side of the page, click on the 'User Information' option. At the bottom of the 'Account Information' box, you will see the date that your prepaid period will end.
